These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Scriptive Health website and platform (the "Service") provided by Scriptive LLC ("Scriptive," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for healthcare organizations and their authorized staff. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that users you invite comply with these Terms.
Your data and responsibilities
Organizations using Scriptive Health are responsible for the client or patient data they enter, including obtaining any consents required under applicable healthcare and privacy laws. You agree not to upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content and not to misuse the Service to send spam or attempt unauthorized access.
Our service
We provide tools to create and deliver supplement recommendations and to connect with commerce partners you authorize (such as Shopify). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
Integrations
Third-party integrations (including Shopify and Google sign-in) are subject to those providers' terms. Scriptive is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
Scriptive retains all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in data you submit. You grant Scriptive a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Confidentiality and security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. Details on how we process personal data are in our Privacy Policy.
Fees
Some features may require a paid plan. Applicable fees, billing terms, and cancellation rights will be presented at purchase or in your organization settings when billing is enabled.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or to protect the Service and other users. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and dispute terms) will survive.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scriptive disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Scriptive is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice. Scriptive's total liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.
